Medium Cottage Rental
Our Medium Cottage features a kitchen area, porch, main room, and bathroom.
Included: A/C, heat, queen bed, 2 futons, lake view (Lilly Lake), cooking facilities, silverware, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, pots and pans, local basic TV + streaming device, WiFi, mattress, small locking safe, and more.
Cottage rental and optional upgrades must be paid in full at booking.
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations accepted up to 14 days prior to check-in.
- Refunds are subject to a $350/week non-refundable holding deposit (up to $350 withheld for stays under 1 week).
- No call / no show: no refund.
- No cancellations within 14 days of check-in.

Special pontoon rate is also available for cottage renters.
